A background investigation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Background Checks Business Operations Leader.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building and leading a team
- Developing a deep understanding of operational functions and processes
- Spearheading complex and highly cross-functional strategic projects
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7-10 years in a strategic, analytic roles
- Operating experience at a high-growth startup
- Prior experience building and leading a Business Operations team or similar function
- Experience spearheading large complex projects
- Deep knowledge of workforce management and headcount planning
