Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Background Screen Client Success Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting client and internal staff requests along within the team
  • Working with CSTL and operational contacts to resolve any client complaints, concerns or escalations
  • Understanding the behaviors that impact client satisfaction

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • College graduate/undergraduate (minimum of 2 years college experience is required)
  • 1- 2 years of Client Success or Customer Service experience
  • Must have documented experience working on client facing projects
  • Committed and motivated to deliver exceptional support to everyone and every time
