Job Summary
A recruitment services company is seeking a Remote Background Variance Onboarding Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Drive all pre-hire transactions including processing background checks, drug testing, and onboarding
- Foster positive rapport with new hires by being the primary point of contact
- Manage and mitigate corporate espionage risk and candidates falling off due to lengthy background checks
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of experience managing high-volume background checks and drug testing
- Curiosity to learn about candidates’ backgrounds
- Ability to manage the process with accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A high school diploma or related combination of education and experience
