Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Backup Services Senior Systems Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Providing quality internal and external customer service
• Developing and executing processes and control systems
• Completing assigned installs and implementation projects

Required Skills:

• 5-10 years of experience in Information Technology roles
• 3-6 years of experience with Enterprise level backup software
• Understanding of Windows, Linux, VMWare ESX to ESXi 6.7, Storage NAS and SAN, etc
• Strong, customer focused communications skills and professional conduct
• Ability to logically track down issues, research, and apply resolutions
• Ability to be an escalation point to teammate questions and requests for assistance
