Job Summary

A cloud services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Backup Services Solutions Engineer in New York.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Deliver proof of concepts and product demonstrations
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Work with Product Management and Sales teams to validate functionality and help close business

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce as an Admin, PreSales, Solution Engineer and/or Consultant
  • Candidates with Solution Engineering, Consulting and/or Customer Support experience outside the Salesforce ecosystem will also be considered
  • 1+ years experience in Services and Support roles, such as Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales and/or Consulting
  • Collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints
