Job Summary

A university is filling a position for a Remote Baltimore Emerging Scholars Program Academic Dean in Baltimore.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assume primary responsibility for supervising the academic staff and coordinating the activities of the program
• Support and guide the instructional staff, who come from a variety of educational backgrounds
• Address student performance issues and oversee the editing of student evaluations

Qualifications for this position include:

• Ability to get fingerprinted in Baltimore, MD
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• At least 3 years of teaching experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting
• Experience using online education technologies such as Zoom and Google Classroom
