Job Summary

A financial service technology and services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bank Business Process Analysis Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading large-scale transformation initiatives and process improvement projects
  • Designing through implementation of projects, as well as communication and change management
  • Driving proposal development to support opportunity pursuits as well as build business cases

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel Required: 25%
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, internal consulting or business transformation
  • Experience transforming businesses through a mix of enterprise-wide large-scale transformation
  • Proven track record of successfully executing projects
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
