Job Summary
A student loan servicer has an open position for a Remote Bank Compliance Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance monitoring and testing
- Develop and continually enhance compliance test scripts
- Assist in the performance of loan data analysis for fair lending risk
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 2-5 years in audit, compliance, fair banking, complaints, risk management, or governance related field
- Experience with fair lending laws and regulations and Fair Lending Wiz
- Excellent oral, written, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast pace, heavy workload, environment
- Ability to adapt to highly diversified and changing environment
