Job Summary

A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Banking Administration Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and monitoring business plans
  • Leading, in collaboration with HR and finance partners, organizational design and development
  • Driving employee engagement and cultivate an empowered, development-focused workforce culture

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field required
  • 10+ years of direct and relevant experience in consumer banking and financial services
  • Senior professional proficiency with communication media such as PowerPoint and advanced tools such as Prezi, etc
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, ability to understand how to use data to guide decisions
  • Specific experience in human resources, project management, and business line management
