A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Banking Administration Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and monitoring business plans
- Leading, in collaboration with HR and finance partners, organizational design and development

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field required
- 10+ years of direct and relevant experience in consumer banking and financial services
- Senior professional proficiency with communication media such as PowerPoint and advanced tools such as Prezi, etc
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, ability to understand how to use data to guide decisions
- Specific experience in human resources, project management, and business line management
