Job Summary
A banking technology company is seeking a Remote Banking Application Member Services Associate in Dallas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide quality support via in-app platforms, telephone, email, and live chat
- Empathize with, and prioritize member needs
- Resolve complex member issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Remote during pandemic
- 9+ months experience in a customer service role
- Basic Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
- Ability to type 30 words per minute
- Working knowledge of basic SMS text and Email functions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Google Cloud
