Job Summary

A banking technology company is seeking a Remote Banking Application Member Services Associate in Dallas.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide quality support via in-app platforms, telephone, email, and live chat
• Empathize with, and prioritize member needs
• Resolve complex member issues

Position Requirements Include:

• Remote during pandemic
• 9+ months experience in a customer service role
• Basic Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
• Ability to type 30 words per minute
• Working knowledge of basic SMS text and Email functions
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Google Cloud
