A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Banking Associate General Counsel II.

- Developing and implementing solutions to eliminate, manage, and mitigate risk
- Partnering with associates in a collaborative manner to deliver results and move important work through the organization
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Juris Doctorate with exceptional academic credentials
- Progressive professional responsibility and experience in relevant practice areas
- Technological aptitude and ability to learn new technologies
- Exceptional legal knowledge, judgment, work ethic and integrity, and a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with consumer financial products and applicable laws and regulations
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex legal matters and recommend changes to organizational policies and procedures
