Job Summary
A financial institution is seeking a Remote Banking Cloud Operations Support Lead 1.
Must be able to:
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex tasks
- Investigate application and system events and solutions for the purposes of maintaining or improving the delivery
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Ability to effectively explain methods and outcomes to all members of the product team
