A staffing and recruitment agency is filling a position for a Remote Banking Collections Representative in San Antonio.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Fielding inbound calls to discuss payment arrangements
• Multitasking thru multiple systems while handling account inquiries at a moderate pace

Required Skills:

• Once conditions allow, you will be required to work on-site at the business office in San Antonio
• 2+ more years of collection experience and inbound call center experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience
