A banking and credit lending company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Banking Customer Service.

  • Handling complex customer service inquiries & problems for three or more call-type functions via telephone, digital, or chat channels
  • Navigating computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to customer questions
  • Documenting customer files

Required Skills:
