- Ensure adherence to established call procedures and customer service standards

Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a bank or call center environment
- Ability to work full-time, including weekend shifts
- Willingness to participate in a 3-4 week paid training program
- High level of accuracy in customer interactions
- Comfortable with Microsoft Video interviews
