  • Ensure adherence to established call procedures and customer service standards

Required Qualifications
  • Experience working in a bank or call center environment
  • Ability to work full-time, including weekend shifts
  • Willingness to participate in a 3-4 week paid training program
  • High level of accuracy in customer interactions
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Video interviews
