Job Summary

To support a growing team, the 100% remote Banking Customer Service Representative will manage client inquiries related to retirement plan payments and assist with payment options while working on a 12+ month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to client inquiries regarding retirement plan payments, including periodic and non-periodic payments
  • Assisting clients with understanding their payment options, such as lump sum distributions and rollovers
  • Reprinting tax forms and verifying current record information as requested by clients
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a call center environment handling inbound customer service inquiries
  • Knowledge of retirement services, including health savings accounts and employee benefits plans
  • Ability to work rotational and weekend shifts
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to client satisfaction and service excellence
