Job Summary
To support a growing team, the 100% remote Banking Customer Service Representative will manage client inquiries related to retirement plan payments and assist with payment options while working on a 12+ month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to client inquiries regarding retirement plan payments, including periodic and non-periodic payments
- Assisting clients with understanding their payment options, such as lump sum distributions and rollovers
- Reprinting tax forms and verifying current record information as requested by clients
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a call center environment handling inbound customer service inquiries
- Knowledge of retirement services, including health savings accounts and employee benefits plans
- Ability to work rotational and weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to client satisfaction and service excellence
