A news database resource company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Banking Customer Success Representative in Naples.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing customer setup and administration
- Facilitating timely data uploads
- Following up with customers – gather and qualify feedback, solicit testimonials and respond to questions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years customer support experience
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
- Ability to convey a positive and professional image to customers
- Positive, pleasing personality
- Ability to multi-task by using computer and speaking with clients simultaneously
- Good problem solving skills
