Job Summary
A provider of the largest global bitcoin exchange is filling a position for a Remote Banking Industry Engineering Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and scaling backend, SRE, and SDET engineering teams
- Defining technical vision and managing and executing against projects and delivery commitments, and contributing to our product strategy and roadmap
- Designing and leading continuous delivery for a multi-year technical roadmap, balancing short- and long-term goals and objectives
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8-10 years fintech, banking, financial services or payment experience in software engineering at a product and engineering firm
- Strong experience running and leading a 24x7 financial platform that requires ensuring SLAs and responding to incidents
- Strong software product development/management experience around cloud-based software / platforms
- Strong people and technical leadership
