Job Summary

A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Banking Product Customer Success Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as first point of contact within a business start-up
  • Investigating, diagnosing and troubleshooting customer-reported issues
  • Resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience
  • Ability to design, implement, maintain and enhance internal controls
  • Ability to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to maintain internal control standards
  • Ability to promote client retention, growth and satisfaction
  • Ability to identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management
