Job Summary
A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Banking Product Customer Success Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as first point of contact within a business start-up
- Investigating, diagnosing and troubleshooting customer-reported issues
- Resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience
- Ability to design, implement, maintain and enhance internal controls
- Ability to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis
- Ability to maintain internal control standards
- Ability to promote client retention, growth and satisfaction
- Ability to identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management
