Remote Banking Support Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Inbound Banking Support specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding personal and business banking
• Assist callers with retail, commercial, and online banking matters, including account issues and fraud alerts
• Document call interactions and recognize opportunities for cross-selling banking products

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Completion of a mandatory paid certification program before servicing customers
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with banking regulations
• Access to required equipment, including a Windows 11 PC, hardwired telephone, and headset
• U.S. residency and independent contractor status required
