Job Summary
A technology solutions and support company is in need of a Remote Banking Technical Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring incoming cases and emails
- Participating in training programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to work on call rotation including nights and weekends every 4-6 weeks
- Must be able to work a shift that will be Monday-Friday 10AM-7PM Central Time
- Minimum 18 months of experience in customer support
