Job Summary
An information technology management company has an open position for a Remote Banner Database Administrator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as a primary point of contact between the ERP Database group and functional users
- Planning, analyzing, coordinating, supporting and maintaining the ERP system Ellucian Banner
- Coordinating efforts to ensure Banner and Oracle environment operates in accordance with established security
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience specifically using Ellucian Banner with Oracle
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience working in a Higher Education environment
- BS Degree in Computer Science or other STEM related discipline
- Knowledge and skill in Ellucian Banner, Linux and Oracle database architecture, SQL and Oracle applications development tools
- Experience designing business based solutions
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
