Job Summary
A staffing and consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Bard Documentation Specialist in Stuart.
Must be able to:
- Act as a point of contact for external territory sales team members for physician account support
- Contact physician office staff via phone, fax, and/or e-mail
- Develop and maintain knowledge in Medical Supplies and/or Insurance Guidelines
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to review patient accounts in Salesforce to ensure all medical documentation is received
- Ability to work through the Special Projects, Progress Notes, and/or Service Tickets needs as identified from each account
- High School Diploma or general education degree
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Access or other database software
