Job Summary
A non-profit organization dedicated to equity, opportunity, and dynamic democracy has an open position for a Remote Base Building Team Data Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Working directly with CPD/A affiliates to help create organizing data architecture
- Helping track organizing outcomes and goals
- Working with the IT Team & other CPD/A Data Directors
Qualifications Include:
- 7+ years, working with databases and a variety of digital tools and platforms
- Familiarity with digital organizing, including volunteer recruitment and retention online
- Comfortable with experimentation and data analysis and having a discussion about results from A/B testing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Skills in: training, coaching, planning, delegation, and accountability
- Demonstrated commitment to racial equity and social justice work
