Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment plans for clients
Provide ongoing professional development and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Offer coaching to parents and analyze client progress through data analysis

Required Qualifications and Education

BCBA certification is required
Demonstrated success as a remote BCBA with current employer
Preferred licenses in AZ, VA, and TX
Must be willing to work flexible hours until 6 PM in designated time zones
Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays using ABA
