Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough individualized skill and behavior assessments using various assessment tools
• Develop and oversee customized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs
• Provide ongoing professional development and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and parents

Required Qualifications

• BCBA certification (Required)
• Demonstrated success working as a remote BCBA
• AZ, VA, and TX licenses are preferred
• Ability to pass a background check (Required)
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays using ABA
