Job Summary

A company is looking for a 100% Remote Behavior Analyst (RBCBA).

Key Responsibilities

• Direct client programs and manage staff implementation of ABA services
• Supervise Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors while conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Provide Telehealth support and training, ensuring effective communication with families and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the ABA field post-BCBA certification
• Willingness to work in the Pacific time zone and occasionally longer than 8 hours/day
• Strong internet connection and a professional environment for video conferencing
