Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Floating BCBA.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment plans for clients
Supervise and provide ongoing professional development to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Offer parent coaching and assess client progress through data analysis

Required Qualifications

BCBA certification is required
Demonstrated success working as a remote BCBA
Preferred licenses in AZ, VA, and TX
Willingness to work flexible hours, including until 6 PM in designated time zones
Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays using ABA
