Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Floating BCBA.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough individualized skill and behavior assessments using various assessment tools
Develop and oversee customized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
Provide ongoing professional development and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and parents

Required Qualifications

BCBA certification is required
Demonstrated success working as a remote BCBA
Preferred licenses in AZ, VA, and TX
Willingness to work flexible hours until 6 PM in designated time zones
Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays using ABA
