Job Summary

A company is looking for a 100% Remote Behavior Analyst (RBCBA).

Key Responsibilities

• Direct client programs and manage staff implementation of ABA services
• Conduct observations and assessments via Telehealth, developing individualized treatment plans
• Oversee mentorship for Behavior Therapists and deliver quarterly performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the ABA field post-BCBA certification
• Willingness to work in the Pacific time zone
• Strong internet connection and professional environment for video conferencing
