Job Summary
A call center service provider has an open position for a Remote Behavioral Health Care Associate in Baltimore.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving calls from working professionals with anxiety, college students in distress, etc
- Simultaneously speaking with consumers over the phone and accessing information on available resources
- Guiding callers to their next step
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have a degree from a four-year accredited college or university
- Able to provide warm, encouraging support to callers no matter the nature of the call
- Can maintain that unfailing commitment to quality from call to call
- Entry-level experience
