Job Summary

A behavioral health service provider is filling a position for a Remote Behavioral Health Care Coordinator Supervisor in Little Rock.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Training, meetings, scheduling, monitoring productivity, and overall management of assigned staff
• Ensuring assigned staff complete of all requirements of the program
• Ensuring process and procedures are followed consistently, and the program operations run seamlessly

Required Skills:

• Travel throughout an assigned region to meet with members will likely be required
• RN or Bachelor's Degree in Health or Human Services or related discipline
• At least 3 years' experience working with members with a behavioral health condition and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities
• Excellent supervisory skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
