Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Behavioral Health Care Manager in the United States Minor Outlying Islands.
Must be able to:
- Monitor patient care services related to mental health and substance abuse treatment
- Ensure medical necessity and effectiveness
- Provide telephone triage, crisis intervention and emergency authorizations as assigned
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Licensure is required for this position
- RN, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC
- 2+ years in healthcare, behavioral health, psychiatric and/or substance abuse health care setting
- Knowledge and experience in inpatient and/or outpatient setting
- Knowledge of DSM V or most current diagnostic edition
- Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse community resources and providers
