Job Summary

A substance abuse recovery organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Behavioral Health Care Navigator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring the delivery of quality, member-centered care
• Maintaining knowledge of available insurance, healthcare, and social service resources in the community
• Linking clients with resources and follow-up with clients and resources alike

Required Skills:

• Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in social or human services
• Knowledge and understanding of programs, assessments, evaluations, observations
• Understanding of the use of resources in developing treatment plans
• Knowledge of member-centered care
• Ability to identify necessary resources and services for members and coordinate provision of services
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
