Job Summary
A healthcare and pharmaceutical company is filling a position for a Remote Behavioral Health Care Planner.
Must be able to:
- Collect data from designated administrative sources and reviews findings
- Provide support and service to behavioral health clinical teams in support of member engagement and care
- Provide comprehensive behavioral health care management
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years Behavioral Health Care experience
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with computer skills which includes navigating multiple systems and keyboarding
