Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Behavioral Health Case Manager I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Using appropriate screening criteria knowledge and clinical judgment to assess member needs
- Conducting assessments to identify individual needs and develops care plan
- Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of care plan and modifies plan as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- MS/MA in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field or a nursing degree
- 3 years clinical experience in social work counseling with broad range of experience or equivalent
- Current active unrestricted license such as RN, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, LMHC, LICSW, LPC, or Clinical Psychologist
- Experience with complex psychiatric and substance abuse or substance abuse disorder treatment
