Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Behavioral Health Case Manager I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Using appropriate screening criteria, knowledge and clinical judgment to assess member needs
• Conducting assessments to identify individual needs
• Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of care plan and modifying plan as needed

Required Skills:

• MS or MA in social work, counseling, nursing or a related behavioral health field; 3 years clinical experience
• OR any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
• Current active unrestricted license as an RN, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist
