Job Summary

A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Behavioral Health Case Manager in the Knoxville Area.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting utilization management functions for more complex and non-routine cases
  • Serving as a liaison between members, providers and internal/external customers
  • Overseeing highly complex cases

Qualifications Include:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Current, active Tennessee license in Nursing or mental health field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mental Health or Nursing
  • 3 years Clinical experience
  • 5 years Psychiatric and/or substance abuse experience
  • 1 year experience in behavioral health settings
