Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Behavioral Health Case Manager l and II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to more complex cases and account specific requests
- Use appropriate screening criteria knowledge and clinical judgment to assess member needs
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develops specific care plan to address objectives and goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel about 30% of the time in the Memphis area and surrounding counties
- MS or MA in social work counseling or a related behavioral health field or a degree in nursing
- 3 - 4 years of post-license clinical experience in social work counseling (or any combination of education and experience)
- Current active unrestricted license as an LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist in Tennessee
- Experience working with the adult psychiatric population
