Job Summary
A healthcare company that provides pediatric behavioral therap has a current position open for a Remote Behavioral Health Clinical Operations Director.
Must be able to:
- Defining the clinical strategy
- Owning the implementation of the clinical strategy
- Owning the approach to keeping the clinical team informed and up to date
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience directly owning operations for a scaled (50+ person) clinical organization
- Experience owning process design and improvement, organizational design, etc
- 5+ years of direct team management experience
- 7+ years of experience as a behavioral health clinician
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and relevant trends
- Experience building a healthcare-based service model from scratch
