Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Behavioral Health Clinical Services Associate Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Acting as a liaison with internal departments
  • Faciliting and participating in staff training
  • Maintaining updated workflows/SOP's based on current policies and procedures and supervises staff adherence to workflows

Required Skills:

  • Requires BS/BA in a mental health field or an AA in Nursing with related psychiatric nursing experience
  • Requires current, active, unrestricted license in a mental health field as an LCSW, LMHC, LPC, RN, Ph.D., etc
  • Knowledge and experience in connecting individuals to SDoH resources necessary
  • Requires 5 years behavioral healthcare experience + 3 years managed care experience; or any combination of education and experience
