Job Summary
A call center service provider is filling a position for a Remote Behavioral Health Crisis Counselor in Cleveland.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing documentation
- Speaking with consumers over the phone
- Receiving calls from working professionals with anxiety, college students in distress, consumers in recovery, etc
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have an MSW, PsyD, or PhD in behavioral health field or M.A. or M.S. in behavioral health
- Mid-level experience
- Must be l icensed limited or full LMSW/LPCs, fully licensed psychologists/LMFTs according to the State of Ohio licensing board requirements
