A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Behavioral Health Crisis Medical Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing the behavioral health crisis program on a national basis
• Supporting clinicians to ensure timely and consistent responses to members and providers
• Providing guidance for clinical operational aspects of a program

Qualifications Include:

• Requires M.D. or D.O.
• Board certification in Psychiatry approved by ABMS or AOA
• An active unrestricted medical license to practice medicine or a health profession
• 5 years of experience providing health care
