Job Summary
A digital learning and behavioral health company is filling a position for a Remote Behavioral Health Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the company and liaison between K12 Partners and internal teams
- Lead new school onboarding and implementation from beginning to end
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of prior experience in customer success, account management, and/or sales
- Proven experience carrying and exceeding quotas in fast-paced, high-growth organizations
