Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Behavioral Health Navigator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assess behavioral health needs of members
• Navigate members to clinically appropriate care
• Assist with assessing safety and duty

Qualifications Include:

• Masters Degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field
• Experience working with pediatric and adult populations
• 3 full time equivalent years practicing in a mental health setting
• Broad knowledge of available treatment modalities, diagnostics and therapeutic techniques
• Proficiency with writing medical information at a patient level
• Ability to understand cultural and socioeconomic issues affecting members
