A company offering online rehab services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Behavioral Health Rehab Communities Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Answer, manage, rout Live Chats efficiently
- Call, chat with, email, or text emotionally fragile individuals
- Learn and navigate the Support Groups e-library, documents, and information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong computer and technology skills and high-speed internet connection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ready and willing to professionally represent the company
- Knowledge of, and understand, how to navigate the Zoom Conferencing
- Familiarity with SUD (Substance Use Disorder) Recovery
- Familiarity with the various support groups available for different types of recovery
