Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Remote Behavioral Health Senior Client Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage, coach, and inspire client success team
  • Direct team members to develop strategy and product initiatives
  • Manage new-hires and oversee career development

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Five or more years experience as a customer success manager
  • Minimum ten years account management experience
  • Experience working with C-level and senior executives
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to influence change
