Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Remote Behavioral Health Senior Client Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Manage, coach, and inspire client success team
- Direct team members to develop strategy and product initiatives
- Manage new-hires and oversee career development
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Five or more years experience as a customer success manager
- Minimum ten years account management experience
- Experience working with C-level and senior executives
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to influence change
