• Consulting and coordinating with the case manager and physician
• Assessing the member's progress to social work intervention and community services

Required Skills:

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Current unrestricted Licensed Master's Social Worker or Limited License in Psychology
• Continuous learning, as defined by the Company's learning philosophy
• 5 years of board medical social work experience
• Knowledge of clinical programs and P&P, HIPAA regulations and guidelines, etc
