Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Behavioral Health Strategy and Services Senior Director.

Must be able to:

• Identify and build a team of diverse behavioral health clinicians
• Work with VP, Clinical Services and Senior Director of Population Health to develop a scalable model
• Attend Go-To-Market meetings, conferences, and additional venues as needed

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel to attend venues as needed
• 7+ years professional post-residency/training experience in direct patient care
• 5+ years in cross functional team based or leadership role
• 3+ years in Behavioral Health Strategy
• Proven ability to communicate clearly verbally and in written form
• 10+ years professional experience
