Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Behavioral Health Talent Acquisition Partner I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identifying and engaging a minimum of 15 qualified clinical & operational leads per week
- Influencing the hiring of an average of 4 Behavioral Health roles per month
- Building successful hiring pipelines for Clinical Leadership
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years full-cycle recruitment experience
- 2 years experience in recruiting, specifically for behavioral health positions
- Experience in direct-sourcing of talent using tools such as Indeed, Practice Match, etc
- Ability to source passive candidates directly using multiple mechanisms
- Proficiency in using ATS systems, ideally Greenhouse, or similar (ie: Lever, iCims, Taleo)
- Ability to partner with Senior Level clients and Physician executives
